Please order by 9th March 5pm 2026 in order to collect your garment from us at the Winter Tri Finals at Grantham on 22nd March 2026. Please have your order number to hand when coming to collect, as collection by surname can be complex! Your order number will be found on your confirmation of order email – if you have not received an order confirmation email please contact us BEFORE 9th March 5pm so that we can ensure your order has been processed correctly. All garments are made to order so they cannot be returned or exchanged, please be confident on the size you are ordering, contact us if you require assistance. Garments may be returned if they are deemed faulty. Any orders placed after 9th March at 5pm will be charged postage and will be posted to you as quickly as we can, however we have to prioritise orders placed before the deadline. Any orders that are posted we cannot guarantee will reach you in time for the competition. We always order more competitor list prints than we receive orders for, so that we have list prints remaining for any potential orders placed after the deadline and the event, however once they are gone they are gone! When competitor lists have run out, we will offer a bespoke back print including text of your choice instead. If you definitely would like the competitor list print please do order before 9th March 2026 5pm. A percentage of sales goes to supporting The Pony Club.
